Who We Are

Voxlera LLC ("Voxlera," "we," "us," or "our") is a digital presence agency built in Philadelphia, serving small businesses and contractors nationwide. We help businesses get found online through Google Business Profile setup, social media setup, local directory listings, website design, and related digital launch services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information we receive from visitors to our website at voxlera.com and from leads submitted through our online forms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead forms.

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: directly from you, and automatically through your use of our website.

Information you provide directly:

  • Your name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Business name
  • Business type or industry
  • City and state
  • Messages or notes you include when contacting us
  • Any files or documents you choose to upload or share with us

This information is submitted when you fill out a contact form, a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form, or reach out to us directly by email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address and approximate location
  • Browser type and device information
  • Pages visited, time spent, and general usage data
  • Referral source (how you arrived at our site)

This data is collected through standard web analytics tools and cookies and is used to understand how our website is used and to improve it.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Reach out to you about the services you requested or expressed interest in
  • Deliver a free visibility audit, quote, or consultation
  • Set up and deliver digital presence services you have paid for
  • Communicate with you about your project, account, or order status
  • Send occasional follow-up or marketing messages about our services (you may opt out at any time)
  • Improve our website, offerings, and how we serve clients
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Meta Lead Forms

We run advertising on Facebook and Instagram through Meta Platforms, Inc. When you submit a lead form through one of our Meta ads, the information you provide — including your name, phone number, and any questions answered in the form — is transmitted to us through Meta's lead delivery system.

By submitting a Meta lead form, you agree to both this Privacy Policy and Meta's own data policies. Meta's privacy policy is available at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

We will use the information you submit to follow up with you personally about the free visibility check or service you requested.

Third-Party Tools and Platforms

We use a small set of trusted tools to run our business. These tools may process your data on our behalf:

  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — advertising and lead form delivery
  • Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — website traffic and performance analytics
  • Google Workspace — email and document management
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — client communication
  • Cloudflare — website hosting and security
  • CRM or form tools — lead tracking and follow-up management

Each of these platforms has their own privacy policies and data handling practices. We select tools that meet reasonable security and privacy standards.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies — small text files stored in your browser — to help the site function and to understand how visitors use it. We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as page views, session duration, and traffic sources.

We also use the Meta Pixel, which allows us to measure ad performance and build audiences for advertising. The Meta Pixel does not collect personally identifiable information from our website unless you have previously interacted with our ads.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so may affect some site functionality.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to deliver services, follow up on inquiries, and meet legal or business requirements. If you request that we delete your data, we will do so within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain certain records.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time
  • Withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing

To exercise any of these rights, email us at isaac@voxlera.com with your request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults operating businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently received information from a minor, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our services evolve or as legal requirements change. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
